20H IN SYNC VINYASA

This 20-hour training is an invitation to experience Vinyasa Yoga in its most powerful, flowing, and creative form—carried by music, breath, and precise sequencing.

At its core is the InSync principle: the synchronization of breath, movement, and rhythm. You'll learn how music becomes more than just an acoustic background—it becomes a supporting element that guides your classes, awakens emotions, and opens inner spaces.

10 hours on-site are dedicated to intensive practice, methodology, language training, music knowledge and flow design.
At least 5 hours of self-practice will help you integrate what you have learned: through reflection, creative exercises, playlist creation, and your own teaching sequences.

This training is aimed at yoga teachers, dancers, movement people and creatives who want to enrich their teaching or personal practice with more depth, musicality and vitality.

By the end, you will understand how breath counts, music carries, and presence emerges.
You won’t just teach – you’ll move.

TRAINING PROCESS

Our InSync Vinyasa training is divided into three successive phases.
Each phase accompanies you on your journey to becoming a creative, rhythmically conscious yoga teacher – from the first conscious breathing movement to the musically supported flow that you can teach yourself.

The training combines 10 hours of intensive in-person training with 10 hours of self-directed practice at home. This allows you to integrate the content directly into your life, your body, and your style – flexibly, vividly, and practically.

InSync Vinyasa is more than just a training.
It is a way to live yoga in time with your breath and your inner music.

MODULE 1: ALIGN

Breath. Rhythm. Presence.

Your introduction to the world of InSync: You'll learn how breath, movement, and music are interwoven. We'll lay the foundation for a rhythmic and creative understanding of Vinyasa Yoga – through tactile sequencing, a basic understanding of music, and conscious breathwork.

MODULE 3: INTEGRATE
